Cancellation Policy

Illuminate Arts Co. | Participation Agreement By completing this booking, I (the parent/guardian) agree to the following terms for the enrolled student: 1. Liability & Safety I understand that theater activities involve physical movement and the use of stage equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks and release Illuminate Arts Co. and its staff from any liability for personal injury or property loss during the program. In an emergency, I authorize staff to seek medical treatment for my child at my expense. 2. The Illuminate Way (Code of Conduct) We are a community dedicated to helping students Learn, Grow, and Shine. I agree that my student will follow "The Illuminate Way," which includes: Treating all peers, staff, and facilities with respect. Using encouraging speech and avoiding "hot topics" (politics, religion, etc.). Following all safety and dismissal instructions. Note: Illuminate Arts Co. reserves the right to dismiss a student without refund for conduct that undermines the safety or wholesome environment of the group. 3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy I acknowledge the following fee schedule for cancellations: 7+ Days Notice: Full Refund ($0 fee). 1 Week to 72 Hours Notice: 25% of session price fee. Less than 72 Hours / No-Show: 50% of session price fee. 4. Media Release I grant Illuminate Arts Co. permission to use photos or videos of camp activities for promotional purposes. (To opt-out, please contact us in writing before the session begins). By proceeding with this booking, I confirm I have read and agree to these terms.
