That's Show Biz

ages 14-18

In this 6-week workshop, students will learn basic musical theatre skills culminating in an original production. The show weaves together scenes and songs from hit Broadway shows and films that celebrate the arts: Fame, 42nd Street, A Chorus Line, La La Land, and more. The class will meet on Tuesdays, 3:00-4:30, from April 23-June 4 with the performance on June 4. An energetic, inspiring 6 weeks where beginners will be encouraged and more advanced students will be challenged.

Once Upon a Fairy Tale

ages 8-13

In this 6-week workshop, students will collaborate on an original presentation of "Once Upon a Fairy Tale." This hilarious script features adaptations of Hans Christian Anderson's beloved stories in a more modern retelling. Students will learn basic acting and performance skills while having a great time! Beginners will be encouraged; more advanced students challenged. The class will meet on Tuesdays, 4:30-6:00, from April 23-June 4 with the performance on June 4.
