Students who participate in the staged reading focus on character work and more advanced acting skills. Without the need to memorize lines or complex stage direction, students are free to explore and discover their roles in a meaningful way.

Media
Using Arts for Media
With classes in all types of media, including photography, students explore and discover the artistic and technical skills associated with media. Those with deep interest can also participate in the media team, which develops their skills by creating media content for the company.

Puppets
Imagination Meets Art
illuminate's robust puppet program works with world-class puppet experts to introduce students to the world of puppetry. From using a puppet to creating their own puppets, students will learn how to tell a story through puppetry.

Technology
Behind the Scenes
So much goes into creating the high production level performances put on by illuminate. In Tech classes, students learn anything from set design and building to props, lighting, effects, and much more.
