The Illuminate Leadership Program
Our leadership program is designed to teach, train, support, and empower students in various areas of the arts. Our interns learn about directing, teaching, design, and more while developing leadership skills through hands on learning working directly with instructors, staff, and students.
What to expect
Beginning in Year 13, interns will engage in impactful training that will enhance their knowledge in their chosen area of focus, while also developing essential leadership and team-building skills. They will confidently observe, assist, practice, and assume leadership roles in various classes and teams, aligned with their interests. Throughout this experience, they will collaborate with teachers and leaders to effectively develop, sharpen, and elevate their skills.

Internships are available to students aged 12-18.
Interns receive "illuminatebucks" to use towards future classes. The amount awarded is based off of the hours served and the difficulty of the position, ranging from $25 to $100.
