Cancellation Policy

By booking a tour, you agree to the General Liability terms: On behalf of myself, and any family members or guests with me on the property, I understand that touring a building that is currently closed and inoperable for 25 years presents a risk of physical injury or illness. I acknowledge and agree that neither Illuminate, nor its Director or staff members shall bear any responsibility, or have any liability, for any personal injury or illness that may result from touring the space or any of its related functions.
